Job summary

Galliford Try Group is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our Environment Business, working on the Wessex Water Framework in Dorset. You will report to the Project Manager and support office and site-based management across AMP 8 infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include updating the weekly whereabouts sheet, managing site waste plans, environmental data returns, and coordinating deliveries and plant reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent IT skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Good communicator and relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Update Weekly Whereabouts Sheet with project details and on-call rota.
• Manage Site Waste Management Plans and permits/licences.
• Maintain Monthly Wessex Water Environmental Data Return with accurate data.
• Produce Weekly WOW Report with project teams for accurate plant reporting.
• Process deliveries, hire and collection tickets and support site managers in delivery reporting.
