We're seeking an Infrastructure Programme Managerto join our Fleet Strategy & Major Programmes team, based at our head office in London Bridge(hybrid working).
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of significant depot and infrastructure projects, working across the full project lifecycle from design and procurement through to construction, commissioning and operational handover.
You'll work with contractors, engineers, operational colleagues and industry partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and with long-term operational performance in mind.
What you’ll do
In this role you will lead the successful delivery of major rail infrastructure programmes that support South Eastern's long-term ambitions.
You'll provide leadership across complex projects, bringing together multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes that align with wider business objectives. You'll manage programme scope, schedules, risks, costs and dependencies, ensuring projects remain on track and stakeholders remain informed.
You'll act as South Eastern's intelligent client, challenging and supporting contractors, consultants and delivery partners to achieve the highest standards of safety, quality and performance. You'll also represent programmes at a senior level, providing governance, assurance and clear reporting throughout delivery.
