Carter Jonas in Bristol is offering a 12-month sandwich placement in our Infrastructure team. You will gain exposure to valuation and compulsory purchase within a supportive APC-focused training programme, with dedicated supervisors and networking sessions.

Ideal candidates are studying a relevant RICS-accredited degree, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and are keen to develop technical knowledge and professional confidence while travelling to client sites with a full UK

Qualifications

• Studying towards an RICS-accredited degree is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the infrastructure team with surveying tasks.
• Support APC process including workshops and mock assessments.
• Travel to client sites as required with a valid UK driving licence.
