Job summary

Browne Group is seeking a talented Performance Manager to join our expanding team supporting major infrastructure programmes within the water sector. You will monitor, manage and improve performance across a portfolio of construction and engineering projects.

Working with clients, operations, planners and commercial teams, you will produce performance reporting, forecasts and management information, using Power BI and Excel to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, programme, performance, project controls or PMO management within construction, infrastructure, utilities or engineering environments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Experience producing performance reports, dashboards, forecasts, and management information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; experience with project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project controls, governance, resource planning and performance management principles.
• Familiarity with NEC contracts; CEMAR is advantageous.
• Relevant degree or project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage and improve project performance across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
• Prepare performance reports, forecasts and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support contract administration and change control processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across programme delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, operations and planning teams to ensure delivery against objectives.
