Browne Group is seeking a Talentful Performance Manager to oversee performance across major infrastructure projects in the water and civil engineering sectors. You will analyse, forecast, and report on performance, driving improvements and governance with clients and internal teams.
Ideal candidates will have strong Excel/Power BI skills, experience with project controls, and a background in NEC/CEMAR contracts.
We are looking for a talented and proactive Performance Manager to join our growing team supporting the delivery of major infrastructure programmes within the water sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in monitoring, managing, and improving project performance across a portfolio of construction and engineering projects.
As Performance Manager, you will be responsible for administering, analysing, and reporting on programme and project performance to ensure delivery against key objectives relating to cost, quality, programme, efficiency, and benefits realisation. Working closely with clients, operational teams, planners, commercial teams, and stakeholders, you will provide valuable insights through performance reporting, forecasting, project controls, resource planning, and governance activities. You will help drive continuous improvement across project delivery, support contract administration and change control processes, and contribute to the successful development and delivery of large-scale infrastructure programmes.
