Job summary

Browne Group is seeking a Talentful Performance Manager to oversee performance across major infrastructure projects in the water and civil engineering sectors. You will analyse, forecast, and report on performance, driving improvements and governance with clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel/Power BI skills, experience with project controls, and a background in NEC/CEMAR contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, programme, performance, project controls, or PMO management within construction, infrastructure, utilities, or engineering environments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Experience producing performance reports, dashboards, forecasts, and management information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with experience using project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Knowledge of project controls, programme governance, resource planning, and performance management principles.
• A relevant degree or project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and improve project performance across a portfolio of construction and engineering projects.
• Administer, analyse, and report on programme and project performance to ensure delivery against key objectives.
• Work with clients, operational teams, planners, commercial teams, and stakeholders to provide insights.
• Deliver performance reporting, forecasting, project controls, resource planning, and governance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and governance processes.
• Support contract administration and change control processes for large-scale programmes.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of infrastructure programmes.
