Conwy County Borough Council invites applications for a Performance Compliance Officer in the Infrastructure Consultancy Team. The role monitors construction projects and supports the Infrastructure Consultancy Manager to develop plans, policies and procedures to keep schemes on time and within budget.

You will need a degree in a relevant discipline, contract procurement experience, and knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for construction project management.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in an appropriate discipline.
• Experience of contract procurement.
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for construction project management.
• Highly organised and able to work alone or as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and track the team’s construction-related projects.
• Help develop plans, policies and procedures for monitoring and tracking projects.
• Promote and develop a high-quality approach to delivering projects to allocated deadlines and budgets.
