Job summary

BWB Consulting Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver public sector infrastructure projects. You will guide delivery from concept through to handover, ensuring safety, time, cost and quality.

You'll manage governance, engage stakeholders including Local Authorities, Highways England, Network Rail, HS2, and contractors, and support NEC3/NEC4 contract administration. This role offers hybrid working and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in public sector projects.
• Experience with project life cycles and governance.
• APM-PMQ or NEC accreditation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects safely on time, within budget, and to required quality.
• Provide high-quality project management services including monitoring and reporting.
• Manage changes, risks, and contingencies across the project life cycle.
• Organise and conduct project meetings and maintain records.
• Oversee contract assessments and notifications to ensure compliance.
• Support CDM Regulations 2015 compliance.
