Job Description:

Station Systems Technician (Early & Late Shifts, Level 4) - On-site in the United Kingdom

Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and develop solutions, working alongside technical experts committed to making a significant impact. Be part of a high-performing team managing critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the technician will perform planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating between early (6am-6pm) and late (12pm-12am) shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians in fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens.
• Attend planned, remedial, or corrective maintenance tasks.
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults.
• Use field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data.
• Liaise with Telent Service Centre for tasking and updates.

Candidate Profile:

This role is suitable for hands-on individuals eager to learn, with experience or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background.
• Good understanding of O365 and IT awareness.
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Availability to work 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating between early and late shifts.
