Job summary

Joblogic in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join our on-site IT team. You will own core IT infrastructure, lead end-to-end projects, and set the standard for secure, scalable systems as the business scales, while supporting colleagues locally and globally.

You should have hands-on infrastructure experience, strong networking and server administration skills, and the ability to manage cloud platforms and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong networking knowledge.

• Experience with local and cloud platforms.
• Confident owning and running projects.
• Clear communicator with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, planning and implementation of core IT infrastructure, servers, storage, networking equipment and cloud platforms.
• Manage and maintain servers, operating systems and applications across environments.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
• Configure and maintain network devices for secure, efficient communication.
• Implement security policies, backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Lead end-to-end projects, forecasting capacity and coordinating vendors.
• Keep documentation up to date and report on system performance.
