Reed Technology is seeking an Infrastructure & IT Transformation Manager to lead infrastructure modernisation, standardisation and cybersecurity improvements across multiple sites. Based in East Anglia with hybrid working and regular UK site travel, you will partner with senior stakeholders and third-party providers to build a secure, resilient IT environment that supports business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure transformation across multiple sites.
• Strong networking knowledge including WAN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, routing and switching.
• Experience leading infrastructure refresh, migration or standardisation programmes.
• Strong supplier and MSP management experience.
• Exposure to cybersecurity improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, backup solutions and business continuity planning.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver standardized infrastructure roadmaps across multiple sites.
• Lead WAN/LAN/Wi‑Fi upgrade and network standardisation programmes.
• Strengthen security controls and coordinate cyber security initiatives.
• Support due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions.
• Manage MSPs and technology suppliers; present roadmaps to leadership.
