Job summary

Reed Technology is recruiting an Infrastructure & IT Transformation Manager to lead multi-site modernisation, technology standardisation, cybersecurity improvements and acquisition integration. You will partner with senior stakeholders and third-party providers to build a secure, scalable IT environment that supports business growth across locations.

The role requires hands-on leadership across networking, cybersecurity, backup and resilience, with travel to sites as needed and a hybrid working

Qualifications

Experience delivering infrastructure transformation across multiple sites.
Strong knowledge of WAN/LAN/Wi‑Fi, routing and switching.
Experience leading infrastructure refresh, migration or standardisation programmes.
Experience managing MSPs and suppliers.
Exposure to cybersecurity improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of disaster recovery, backup solutions and business continuity planning.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assess infrastructure, networks and technology estates across multiple locations.
Develop and deliver a standardised infrastructure roadmap.
Lead infrastructure refresh, migration and modernisation initiatives.
Improve system performance, scalability and resilience.
Lead WAN, LAN and Wi‑Fi improvement programmes; standardisation projects.
Coordinate security, backup, disaster recovery and resilience improvements.
Support due diligence and integration work for acquisitions; develop repeatable integration processes.
Manage MSP and technology supplier relationships; provide technical leadership and reporting.
