Job Description:

A leading energy transition fund in London, driving investments in renewable energy, decarbonization, and sustainable technologies to create long-term value and environmental impact.

The Investment Associate will support investment activities in the energy transition sector, from deal origination to portfolio management. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects at the forefront of sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Perform due diligence and prepare investment memoranda.
• Support transaction structuring and execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement value creation strategies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and represent the fund at industry events.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MSc, MBA, CFA) preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with energy transition technologies is a plus.
