We are working with a major North American private equity fund and one of the leading names in infrastructure investing. They focus on mid- to big-cap investments in the broad infrastructure space, including transport, TMT infrastructure, energy, and oil and gas.

They are now looking to add an Associate to their infrastructure debt team.

The role will involve:

1. Origination of investments for the firm
2. Carrying out an initial appraisal of investments
3. Financial/LBO modelling
4. Structuring of transactions alongside Directors
5. Managing advisors as principal
6. Negotiation of terms
7. Structuring and preparing of documents
8. Full involvement through to completion

They are interested in meeting candidates with the following background:

• Investment bankers with infrastructure advisory experience
