Job Description:

We are working with a major North American private equity fund, a leader in infrastructure investing. The firm focuses on mid- to large-cap investments across the infrastructure sector, including transport, TMT infrastructure, energy, and oil and gas.

They are seeking to add an Associate to their Infrastructure Debt team.

The role involves:

1. Origination of investments
2. Initial appraisal of investment opportunities
3. Structuring transactions in collaboration with Directors
4. Managing advisors as the principal
5. Negotiating terms
6. Structuring and preparing transaction documents
7. Full involvement through to deal completion

The ideal candidates will have a background in:

• Infrastructure debt from other funds
