Investment Associate - Infrastructure (Dubai)

A leading infrastructure investment manager is seeking an Investment Associate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly experienced investment team with steady deal flow. The role is ideal for someone with M&A / execution and project finance experience within the energy & infra sectors.

Strong modelling skills are essential.

Role overview

1. Origination & Investment Materials: support the identification and assessment of new investment opportunities, focusing on early-stage renewable energy projects. Assist in preparing investor materials and internal IC memos.
2. Due Diligence & Financial Modelling: collaborate with the deal team to build and maintain complex project finance and operational models to evaluate returns, sensitivities, and risks. Support due diligence workstreams, including technical and E&S assessments.
3. Deal Execution: assist in executing investment transactions, including preparing investment committee materials and coordinating transaction documentation.
4. Post-Acquisition & Asset Management: support post-investment activities, including construction monitoring, project development milestones, and asset management.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in an energy or infrastructure-focused investment role.
• Project finance experience is highly desirable.
• Exceptional technical modelling skills are mandatory.
• Experience with emerging markets deals is a plus.
• Buy-side experience with a successful deal track record is required.
