Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' governance-related experience.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, scheduling and process management.
• Experience supporting project controls within infrastructure or major programmes.
• Experience engaging and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse complex information and present concise recommendations.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Experience working within collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience using reporting and project management tools such as Power BI and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RACI matrices and programme ways of working.
• Develop and maintain process maps.
• Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs and desk instructions.
• Ensure governance activities operate effectively and comply with agreed processes.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans using analysis and profiling techniques.
• Lead stakeholder analysis activities and engagement requirements.
• Ensure communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse programme change requests and assess impacts.
• Maintain programme change control records and logs.
• Coordinate governance approvals and decision submissions.
• Track decisions and ensure outcomes are communicated and recorded.
• Implement and manage knowledge management processes.
• Lead lessons learned activities and maintain lessons learned registers.
