Job summary

Assystem GmbH is seeking a Capability Integration Governance professional to join the Client’s Capability Integration team. You’ll join a major infrastructure programme and lead governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to support effective decision-making, programme control, and delivery readiness.

The role involves managing governance artefacts, performance tracking, and RAIDO oversight, working with Planning and Risk Leads to keep schedules accurate and up to date, and producing

Qualifications

• Experience in programme governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with governance artefacts, SOPs, and lessons learned.

Responsibilities

• Manage programme governance, reporting, and performance tracking
• Lead stakeholder engagement and coordinate communication across programme teams
• Oversee change control, decision logs, and governance processes
• Maintain key programme documentation, including RACI matrices, process maps, lessons learned, and SOPs
• Ensure effective oversight of RAIDO (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Opportunities)
• Work with Planning and Risk Leads to ensure schedules and programme data remain accurate and up to date
• Analyse and present governance data, producing high-quality reports, dashboards, and board packs
• Support project controls, document management, and secretariat activities, ensuring compliance with programme processes
