The Maine Group is supporting an internationally focused professional membership organisation in recruiting a Governance Manager. Based in Central London with hybrid working, the role oversees governance across a complex global network and reports to the Chief Executive and Board.
The successful candidate will have at least five years’ governance leadership, experience with boards and committees, and a track record in policy development, elections, and compliance.

This is a high-profile role working closely with the Chief Executive, Board, senior elected stakeholders and external advisers, with responsibility for ensuring effective, transparent and compliant governance across a complex global network. You will also manage one direct report.

The role is based in Central London with hybrid working and a minimum of two days per week in the office. Occasional travel and out-of-hours work may be required around key governance meetings and deadlines.
