Job summary

This role requires 5–10 years of experience in program governance or PMO within large projects, preferably in banking. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Jira is essential, along with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in program governance, planning, or PMO within large transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, data handling, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program governance frameworks, templates, and operating procedures.
• Consolidate inputs to produce accurate governance reports.
• Monitor cross-workstream dependencies.
