Rightmove Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager in Milton Keynes to lead a hands-on, security-conscious infrastructure team. You will steer cloud adoption, platform improvements, and BAU delivery while engaging senior stakeholders across technology and business.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in IT infrastructure, spanning cloud, networking, and modern secure access technologies.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure services, networking, identity, governance, and operational management.
• Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Experience working in or supporting high-performing infrastructure teams, contributing to technical direction and delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security, hardening, monitoring, resilience, compliance, and operational best practice.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on technical leadership: lead development, standardisation, and modernisation of the corporate infrastructure estate across cloud and enterprise platforms.
• Cloud and platform management: drive adoption and operation of cloud platforms, ensuring robust, well-governed solutions.
• Own operational performance and BAU delivery: manage day-to-day operation, monitoring, patching, lifecycle, incidents, continuity, improvement.
• Drive delivery and prioritisation: shape OKRs with Product and Delivery Managers and deliver infrastructure changes and service improvements.
• Stakeholder engagement and translation: build relationships and translate technical issues for non-technical and senior stakeholders.
• Improve engineering practices: contribute to standards, automation, and modern ways of working.
