Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support customer environments in a hands-on role. The position combines remote support with regular customer-site activity, covering infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, hardware, software and security.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults on customer sites, managing incidents, and maintaining service levels. A strong security background with Cyber Essentials and GDPR is mandatory, alongside extensive experience with Windows

Qualifications

• Five years+ in a relevant IT role with hands-on infrastructure experience.
• Security implementations including Cyber Essentials and GDPR are mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 services (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers and act as a reliable point of contact.
• Attend customer locations to diagnose faults and perform maintenance.
• Manage incidents through the ticketing system and keep customers updated.
