Job Description

Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 from home)

We are seeking a SOC Infrastructure Engineer with 1-2 years of relevant experience to provide remote monitoring and Level 2 support for core systems and technologies supporting external client infrastructure. The role involves high-quality customer support, troubleshooting, and support across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines and VMware.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
• Manage O365 environment, troubleshoot MFA, conditional access, email, SharePoint, and public folders.
• Administer certificate lifecycle, licenses, web servers, SCCM, NetScaler LBs, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Fortinet firewalls, Deep Security, Mailmeter, and Commvault.
• Monitor and resolve incidents, handle user tickets per SLAs, and perform infrastructure changes.
• Create technical guides and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Second Line Engineer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of O365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory.
• Preferably Azure fundamentals or Azure Administration certifications.
• Experience with webservers, proxies, firewalls, and Citrix.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Citrix, Fortinet) are advantageous.
