• 5+ years in design management for main contractor or consultant in civil/infrastructure
• Experience across highways, drainage, piling, earthworks, or utilities
• Ability to coordinate with clients, highways authorities and on-site teams

• Lead design management from feasibility to on-site delivery
• Ensure compliance with standards and environmental regulations
• Coordinate with external consultants and clients and monitor design coordination
