Job summary

Construction, Property and Engineering seeks an Administrator / Infrastructure Support to back the Defect Management Team for the M25 network. You will manage administration, data, and coordination for reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring information accuracy and timely task delivery.

The role requires MS Office proficiency and the ability to travel to depots/offices across the M25. A BPSS clearance and Safety-Critical Medical are required before start.

Qualifications

• Administrative background in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with stock/database systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to depots/offices across the M25 network.
• Ability to pass BPSS vetting and a Safety-Critical Medical.

Responsibilities

• Generate work orders, site instructions, and operational documentation for reactive maintenance teams.
• Order stock, tools, equipment, and PPE with procurement teams.
• Provide holiday and sickness coverage to maintain operational continuity.
• Organize agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action points for team and leadership meetings.
