Job summary

The role offers exposure to NEC contracts, cost management practices, and development toward chartered status, with strong training and progression in a global consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with NEC contracts and cost management best practices.
• Willingness to travel within the Midlands market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist on commercial contracts, procurement, and negotiations in an NEC environment.
• Lead post-contract commercial activities, including payment approvals and cost assessments.
• Support contractors with transparent, data-driven cost management.
• Identify cost-saving strategies and optimize contract performance.
• Assist with cost reporting and forecasting to enable value for money.
