Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Cost Manager / Commercial Manager for infrastructure projects. You will apply your cost management expertise to challenging programmes, collaborating with clients and contractor teams to control budgets and deliver value.

The role requires MRICS NEC3 experience and a track record on major programmes; you will lead cost reporting, forecasting and change management, while guiding junior staff and ensuring governance.

Qualifications

• Proven Cost / Commercial Management experience
• MRICS NEC3 contracts (Option C - Target Cost)
• Experience on Major Programmes and Infrastructure projects
• Post contract administration

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with clients, colleagues and other project stakeholders.
• Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget.
• Proactively monitor cost variance and cash flow, ensuring timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver deliverables, KPIs, and value engineering.
• Manage contract changes and ensure governance and best practice.
