Job summary

Qualifications

• Achieved or expected to achieve a 2:1 degree or above.
• Excellent working knowledge of IT systems.
• Strong client care and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Measuring drawings and preparing cost plans to establish project budgets.
• Compiling contract documentation for tendering purposes.
• Preparing cash flow forecasts and tender analysis reports.
• Attending site visits and valuing completed works for contract payments.
• Supporting value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities.
