Gardiner & Theobald LLP in London seeks a Graduate Assistant Surveyor (Cost Management) to join the QS team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will help manage cost plans, cash flows, contract documentation and tender analysis while working towards Chartered Membership of the RICS.

Through the Accelerate Programme you will gain real project experience, mentoring, and accredited training to develop technical, commercial and leadership skills, building essential client and contractor

Competenze

• Achieved or expected to achieve a 2:1 degree or above.
• Excellent working knowledge of current IT systems.
• Strong understanding of client care and relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Trustworthy, reliable and professional in approach.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently and deliver to deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Mansioni

• Measuring drawings and preparing cost plans.
• Prepare cost plans, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Compile contract documentation for tendering.
• Receive tender submissions and prepare tender analysis reports.
• Review tender returns to support contractor appointments.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts for clients.
• Attend site visits and undertake valuations.
• Support value engineering to identify cost savings.
• Attend project and design meetings.
• Communicate with stakeholders on cost-related matters.
