Job summary

ISR Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Infrastructure and Change Engineer for a permanent role based in Calne, Wiltshire. You will work across IT infrastructure, technology change and project delivery, supporting a network of schools within the Multi-Academy Trust.

Working with the IT Services Manager and Infrastructure and Change Coordinator, you will help plan, implement, test and support technology changes, blending hands-on engineering with organised change delivery to improve IT services and

Qualifications

Experience supporting IT infrastructure and systems.
Experience implementing or supporting IT change, upgrades, migrations or deployments.
Understanding of change management and controlled implementation processes.
Experience testing and validating technical changes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to document technical work clearly and accurately.
Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, test and support technology changes across the Wiltshire schools network.
Coordinate with IT Services Manager, Head of IT and Change Coordinator to deliver the IT roadmap.
Work across infrastructure and change delivery to improve IT services and outcomes.
