Job summary

ISR Recruitment is seeking an Infrastructure and Change Engineer to join the IT Services team based in Wiltshire. The role blends hands-on IT infrastructure work with change delivery, supporting the network of schools within the Trust.

You will plan, implement, test and support technology changes, collaborating with managers and coordinators to deliver the IT roadmap across multiple sites. A technically capable IT professional with strong communication and organisational skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure and systems.
• Experience implementing or supporting IT changes, upgrades, migrations or deployments.
• Understanding of change management and controlled implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, test and support technology changes across its schools.
• Support delivery of the Trust's strategic IT roadmap.
• Collaborate with IT Services Manager, Head of IT and Change Coordinator.
• Combine hands-on engineering with change delivery and manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly.
