Qualifications

• Significant experience in infrastructure asset management and portfolio management.
• Strong track record of driving value creation initiatives across infrastructure businesses.
• Deep understanding of financial, commercial, operational, and strategic drivers of infrastructure assets.
• Experience working with portfolio company management teams, boards, lenders, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate acquisitions, bolt-on investments, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including capital structures and refinancing assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with portfolio company management teams and drive value creation plans.
• Help shape business plans, assess refinancing opportunities and optimise capital structures.
• Identify growth opportunities and evaluate acquisitions and bolt-on investments.
