Brightsmith is seeking a Director or Vice President to join its Asset Management team in London. This hands-on role focuses on turning strategic priorities into measurable progress across a diverse portfolio of essential infrastructure businesses.

You will partner with senior management to develop business plans, drive improvements, and identify growth opportunities, including investments and acquisitions, with board-level engagement and long-term value creation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in infrastructure asset management, portfolio operations or a related investment role.
• Strong commercial judgement and financial acumen.
• Confidence engaging with senior executives and influencing at board level.
• A practical, collaborative approach to solving complex business challenges.
• Curiosity and adaptability to work across geographies and sectors.
