AC Digital is a 5-star rated IT support company based in Taunton, Somerset. Since 2017, we’ve supported over 130 businesses ranging from small local firms to growing commercial clients. As we move into an exciting phase of expansion, we're looking for an Infrastructure & Support Engineer to help us take our services to the next level.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver reliable, high-quality IT support to our clients.
• Work across technologies including:
• Microsoft 365 for Business
• Windows OS (modern and legacy)
• Mac OS & Apple hardware
• Device management and network infrastructure
• Ethernet cabling, switching, WAN technologies (4G, Starlink, DSL, Fibre)
• Support on-site, remote, and hybrid setups.
• Occasionally travel to client sites.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent hands-on IT support experience.
• A proactive, professional, and approachable attitude.
• A full clean UK driving licence and access to a car/van.
• The right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship).
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (paid for by us).

Bonus if you have experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
