Job summary

A leading IT consultancy is looking for an experienced level 2 tech to provide support to clients. This role offers fully remote working, with occasional commuting to client sites in Essex. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, system design, and assisting with installations, requiring strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking.

Qualifications

• Experienced in setup and support of Microsoft 365 services (Intune, Sharepoint, AAD, Exchange, Teams).
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting networks (TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, WiFi).

Responsibilities

• Work with end users to troubleshoot tickets to resolution.
• Design systems to meet customer requirements.
• Assist with onsite installations as required.

ProPursuit is searching for an experienced level 2 tech to join an Essex based business IT support & consultancy client of ours.

The role will allow fully remote working, however commuting to client offices for onsite tasks will be required on occasion. Travel will typically be across Essex, but occasionally further afield.

Candidate will work with end users to troubleshoot tickets to resolution, design systems to meet customer requirements, and assist with onsite installations.

Your profile:

• Experienced in setup and support of Microsoft 365 services (Intune, Sharepoint, AAD, Exchange, Teams)
• Experienced with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting networks – TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, WiFi, LAN/WAN/VLANs – predominately Ubiquiti but support other brands too
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and Microsoft 365 systems
• Experience in Powershell scripting would be a plus
• Experience in M365 Azure and M365 Compliance would be a plus
• Apple macOS experience would be a plus
• Full UK driving licence and car
• Good communication skills
