Job summary

Harvey Nash IT Recruitment UK is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst in Liverpool for a hybrid role within a professional services organisation undergoing a technology transformation. You will support core infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to cloud and application projects.

The role involves collaboration with service delivery, project and architecture teams, and participation in disaster recovery, high availability, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong VMware administration experience.
• Microsoft Azure and Entra ID knowledge.
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and file services.
• Networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience of monitoring tools and infrastructure support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Infrastructure Analyst

Liverpool | Hybrid Working

We're working with a highly respected professional services organisation undergoing an exciting technology transformation programme. As part of continued investment in infrastructure and cloud services, they're looking to add an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to their IT Operations team.

This is an opportunity to work with modern technologies across Azure, VMware, networking, cloud platforms and enterprise applications, supporting both business-critical operations and strategic technology projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting and maintaining core infrastructure services.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
