Job summary

Harvey Nash Group is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst in Liverpool, offering hybrid working within a forward‑looking technology environment. You will support and maintain core infrastructure services, work on cloud and on‑premise projects, and collaborate with service delivery and architecture teams to deliver resilient IT operations.

The role emphasizes automation, monitoring, and improving infrastructure across Azure, VMware, and enterprise applications, with a strong focus on DR/BC

Qualifications

• Strong VMware administration experience.
• Microsoft Azure and Entra ID knowledge.
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and file services.
• Networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with monitoring tools and infrastructure support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

We're working with a highly respected professional services organisation undergoing an exciting technology transformation programme. As part of continued investment in infrastructure and cloud services, they're looking to add an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to their IT Operations team.

This is an opportunity to work with modern technologies across Azure, VMware, networking, cloud platforms and enterprise applications, supporting both business‑critical operations and strategic technology projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting and maintaining core infrastructure services.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
