Job summary

Newcastle City Council is seeking a Service Improvement Assistant for InformationNOW to support the development and improvement of Newcastle's trusted information and advice service. You will help residents, professionals and partners access accurate information that supports independence, wellbeing and early intervention, with a focus on digital solutions and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
• An interest in service improvement, digital solutions and customer experience.
• Attention to detail and confidence using digital systems.
• Experience of website content management, digital communications or project support would be helpful, but is not essential.
