Job Description

1. Experience with Windows 11 operating system is essential, preferably including previous rollout support in a retail environment.
2. Customer-facing capability to handle Windows 11 front-of-house activities.
3. Technical background to understand post-upgrade faults and fix them promptly; operating system expertise is preferable.
4. Knowledge of Intune and Autopilot is crucial for providing concise feedback on common trends, faults, or risks observed to technical leads.
5. Team player mentality is vital to work collaboratively with all three resources to resolve issues.
6. Process-driven colleagues to ensure upgrades and fixes are completed following guidance and policies provided by Boots.
7. Familiarity with HP and Microsoft hardware would be beneficial but not mandatory.
8. A broader understanding of application, network, and infrastructure spaces would be advantageous but not necessary.
