Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for delivering top-notch IT support? We’ve partnered with the UK’s leading provider of environmental compliance and data management services who are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide end-user support for up to 400 staff, ensuring exceptional service.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues, maintaining SLAs.
• Participate in technical projects, maintain infrastructure, and support Microsoft technologies (Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, etc.).
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, ISO 27001 compliance, and business continuity.
• Guide junior staff and promote IT process improvements.
• Handle Service Desk tickets efficiently.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of IT support experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proactive and organized communicator, comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Intune, M365, Teams) is advantageous.
• Experience with SQL, Endpoint, and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Network and infrastructure knowledge is beneficial.
• Hybrid working: 4 days onsite in Stratford-upon-Avon, 1 day remote.
