Job summary

SR2 is recruiting for a growing technology business seeking an IT Specialist to own internal IT environment and support a highly technical workforce.

This hands-on role covers identity and access management, device management, SaaS administration, IT support and automation, with opportunities to improve processes and tooling.

The position is a 6-month initial contract, onsite in central London, 5 days a week, paying £40-£50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in IT Support, IT Operations or Systems Administration.
• Strong Okta experience, ideally including Okta Workflows.
• Experience with Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
