Job Description:

We are working with a global organisation looking to add an experienced IT Risk Manager to their IT & Operations team.

This role will be based in their UK office, reporting directly to the Performance & Governance Director, and will support their established global team based in the US.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• A solid understanding of risks related to technology
• Experience working within a global organisation
• Ability to perform risk assessments and document findings clearly
• Experience with controls testing
• Knowledge of ISO27001, DORA, Sarbanes-Oxley, ITGC
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present metrics to the board
• Experience in regulated industries such as finance or insurance

The ideal candidate will be autonomous, proactive, and capable of centralising controls across relevant teams.

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Manchester three days a week.

The salary is up to £75,000 plus a 10% bonus.
