Information Technology Operations Engineer

Join a leading company within the automotive industry as an IT Operations Engineer. This hybrid role requires 4 days per week in the Portsmouth office.

Responsibilities include innovating and optimizing IT infrastructure, maintaining security, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues both on-site and remotely.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and policy management
• Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting expertise
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain servers and networking infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or equivalent
• Willingness to work towards CISSP certification
• Experience in IT service desks or networking support roles
• Experience leading IT projects, upgrades, and migrations
• Passion for automation and modern IT solutions
