Key Requirements
  • Run new IT Projects including the following:
  • Implement ISO 27001
  • Run further Salesforce developments and integrations with our Salesforce partner
  • Maintain existing Power BI reports and collaborate with department heads on new requirements
  • Oversee new phone system replacement
  • Manage new IT projects from the IT Director
  • Ensure a great onboarding experience for new team members' IT and telephony setup
  • Collaborate with regional and international offices, including occasional travel
  • Manage key in-building systems and facilities

Manage the day-to-day running of the IT Support Team and ensure systems such as:

  • Office 365
  • Simpro
  • Unleashed
  • Xero
  • Understanding of business systems and basic ERP functionalities
  • Oversee cybersecurity, including Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 compliance
  • Support the IT team with first-line support and out-of-hours fixes
  • Procure IT equipment timely
  • Oversee office IT setup and refresh
  • Ensure IT systems are secure, backed up, and available
