Job summary

Sharp UK is seeking a customer-focused IT Field Engineer to support clients across London on-site. You will resolve technical issues, manage tickets, and work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking tools.

The role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning, delivering secure and reliable IT environments at client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.
• Understanding of networking, firewalls, virtualisation, and cyber security principles.
• Basic knowledge of backup and antivirus solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering first-class onsite IT support and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Managing and progressing support tickets while keeping clients informed every step of the way
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, desktop environments, networking, and security solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure, connectivity, and hardware-related issues
• Building trusted relationships with clients and providing an outstanding customer experience
• Prioritising and managing your workload to meet service levels and client expectations
• Contributing to team success by sharing knowledge and continuously developing your technical skills
• Acting as a professional ambassador for the business at all times
