Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Operations Manager to lead our Security Operations Center (SOC) team. The successful candidate will oversee daily security operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the development of our long-term cybersecurity strategy.

• Lead and support the Information Security team in DevSecOps practices.
• Manage relationships with security partners and vendors.
• Participate in governance forums and promote cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
• Deputise for the Information Security Lead, including incident response.
• Maintain and improve security technologies and procedures.
• Ensure effective communication and escalation within the security team.
• Provide security status reports and support security audits.
• Perform risk assessments and testing of security systems.
• Maintain current knowledge of cybersecurity threats and defenses.
• Work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Hold industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, Microsoft certifications).
• Experience with security operations, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies (Azure, Intune, Defender).
• Knowledge of ISMS, NIS Regulations, GDPR, and ITIL.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to guide staff at all levels.
• Willingness to travel as required.
