Create and deliver hands-on training for business users.
Act as escalation point for complex system issues; manage change control.
Proven track record in an ERP/Systems Architect or senior integration role, ideally within manufacturing.
Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, F&O (formerly Finance & Operations), and Dynamics CRM.
Strong SQL/T-SQL skills and experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI.
Solid understanding of BOMs, parts assemblies, and manufacturing data flows.
Excellent communication skills—able to translate between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Formal qualification in computer science, information systems, or similar.
Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
Previous consultancy or vendor-management experience.
Be the go-to architect shaping our next wave of digital improvements.
