No fluff—just end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable ERP and order-entry solutions that improve data quality, speed up workflows, and cut manual effort.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP & Business Systems
- Lead configuration, customization, and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics CE, F&O, and CRM.
- Maintain product data (BOMs, pricing, configuration rules) and roll out dealer order-entry portals.
- Process Optimization
- Map existing workflows, identify gaps, and implement automation to reduce manual tasks.
- Define and track metrics to measure improvements in Microsoft Dynamics CE, F&O, ERP, and CRM.
- Integration & Architecture
- Ensure seamless integration between Dynamics, CE, F&O, ERP, CRM, and Eden platforms.
- Develop and enforce data governance practices to secure a single source of truth.
- Project Delivery
- Drive digital transformation initiatives from scoping through to go-live and post-implementation review.
- Support vendor selection and provide technical oversight of migrations/upgrades.
- Training & Support
- Create and conduct hands-on training for business users.
- Act as escalation point for complex system issues; manage change control.
Ideal Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in an ERP/Systems Architect or senior integration role, ideally within manufacturing.
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, and Dynamics CRM.
- Strong SQL/T-SQL skills and experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Solid understanding of BOMs, parts assemblies, and manufacturing data flows.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Desirable
- Formal qualification in computer science, information systems, or similar.
- Exposure to data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Previous consultancy or vendor-management experience.
Why Apply
- Be the go-to architect shaping our next wave of digital improvements.
- Hands-on role with visible impact on daily operations.
- Competitive day-rate and flexibility with hybrid working.
