Job summary

Kier Group plc invites an Information Co-ordinator to join its Southern Water team. You will drive information management across projects, ensure ISO 19650 compliance, and support delivery of client requirements for a £3.1bn framework.

You will manage the CDE, train project teams, curate documents, and build relationships with stakeholders while handling large data volumes within a tier-one environment. This role offers chances to contribute to vital water infrastructure and develop

Qualifications

Experience delivering information management across projects.
Knowledge of ISO 19650 information management standards.
Ability to train project teams on information management processes.
Familiarity with digital documentation and EDRMS tools.

Responsibilities

Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) across the project lifecycle
Host training sessions and support project teams on CDE usage
Validate, check and curate project documentation including receipt, classification and distribution
Configure status reports on workflows and data to inform digital dashboards
Build relationships with project teams and stakeholders to share knowledge
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients and supply chain
