Job summary

COWI in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate Digital Delivery Lead to strengthen information management and ISO-led delivery across infrastructure and energy projects. The role combines governance, assurance and hands-on engagement, with hybrid working across London, Bristol, Glasgow, Derby and York.

You will mentor teams, shape bids and mobilisation, and build credibility with clients and senior stakeholders while embedding pragmatic, scalable practices aligned with COWI's values.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in information management and digital delivery leadership.
• Expertise in the ISO framework applied across procurement, mobilisation and delivery.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across projects and teams.
• Strong governance, assurance and quality management skills.
• Experience contributing to bids or framework mobilisation from an information management perspective.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative leadership with mentoring and team resilience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across information management, ISO implementation, and delivery governance.
• Balance governance with hands-on engagement to ensure scalable standards.
• Support bids, mobilisation, and project delivery with assurance activities.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to internal guidance and best practice.
• Engage with stakeholders to articulate value of digital delivery.
